The HomeGain Referral Rewards Program provides rewards to HomeGain clients who refer new agents and brokers to HomeGain. Reduce the fees of your HomeGain products based on the earned credits to your account from each qualified referral.
Who Can Participate?

1. Only active HomeGain clients can currently participate in the Referral Rewards Program.
2. Real estate related businesses (i.e. Multi-State Brokers, Website companies and CRM companies) may participate and will be approved on an individual basis. (Please contact us for more information.)

Who Can Be Referred?

1. This program is only for referrals of new HomeGain clients who sign up for at least one HomeGain products, including: BuyerLink™, AgentView, AgentEvaluator® and AIMS.
2. Past and current HomeGain clients are not eligible to be referred for credit with this program.

Referral Procedures

1. Referring Agents can contact the potential HomeGain customer's and then contact a HomeGain Sales Team member by phone or email with the potential customer's information.
2. Or the potential HomeGain clients can call HomeGain and mention who referred them.
3. HomeGain will credit the Referring Agent's account within forty-five (45) days of the first completed billing with 30 days of active subscription by the newly referred client.

Referral Levels and Payments

1. Level One Referral Partners will receive the following one-time referral commission credits for each referral until they have referred 25 total new HomeGain client referrals:
• BuyerLink™: $50 account credit after the first month of successful billing
• AIMS: $50 account credit after the first month of successful billing
• AgentView: $25 account credit after the first month of successful billing
• AgentEvaluator® $15 account credit after the first month of successful billing
2. Level Two Referral Partners qualify with the 25 referred clients and then they will have access to an increased referral commission plan. (Contracts will be for a one year term with renewal options. Most large scale referrers will start at 5% recurring and be raised only after achieving over $10,000 monthly referred delivered business.)
